We’ve grown from three passionate marketers living on coffee and a dream to a global team comprising skilled writers, creative social media managers & digital operations geeks.

Charlotte Day

Born in Berkshire England, Charlotte began her marketing career in 2000 within the tech sector. Since then she has grown to be a thought leader in the world of content, PR and social media marketing establishing the brand name Charli Says in 2013.  Published in over 500 online sites and quoted in Forbes, her articles cover content marketing best practices and social media strategy. Since 2013, Charlotte has held senior content management roles within the forex sector. Responsible for handling branding strategy, PR, advertising and managing internal and external teams, she gained an excellent reputation for developing content marketing strategies that work within a fast paced online environment. In recent years, Charlotte has successfully hosted a number of focus groups designed to educate and empower content marketing teams wishing to streamline and improve their operations. At Contentworks Agency, Charlotte heads up the creative teams and enjoys strategising with clients at all stages of their content marketing journey.

Niki Nikolaou

After graduating from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand with a degree in Psychology, and Theatre & Film Studies, Niki went on to become one of the most respected arts marketers and producers in the country. Director of the NZ Fringe Festival, she oversaw 1000 performers and artists presenting 120 shows in over three weeks. Niki went on to become Associate Director of Downstage, the country’s oldest and most established theatre where she honed her production, business, sponsorship and marketing skills. As a supporter and lobbyist for the arts, Niki was often invited to speak at both Governmental and NGO events, and was invited to write the definitive arts marketing guide by the National Arts Council – Creative NZ. After 18 months as a freelance PR consultant in Amsterdam, Niki relocated to Cyprus where she entered the financial arena as a senior writer and communication specialist. Responsible for a number of high level campaigns, Niki has gained an excellent reputation for her knowledge and understanding of the industry. At Contentworks Agency, Niki heads up the business development, consulting with new clients, arranging seminars, events and hosting networking opportunities.
